GBIG is built on the power of word of mouth. We rely on feedback from customers to highlight the quality tradespeople, and isolate the rogues. So help us promote good workmanship by sharing your reviews of tradespeople you have used.
We don't accept anonymous reviews. We will never publish any of your personally identifiable details, but we do need your email address and contact phone number.
If the business isn't listed, they're not currently a member of GBIG.
We won't be able to publish reviews of non-members, but we can use any feedback we have to build up a profile of a business if they join us in future.
We're not able to take part in any compaint or dispute against a business who is not a member of GBIG.
